| The Volex Group - a world leading producer of high speed, fiber optic and complex cable assemblies as well as electrical power cords - has awarded its Global Freight Management to Panalpina. |
| | This significant award comes after several months of detailed negotiation and discussion between the companies. The implementation process has started and will be carried out in three phases and will be followed by a detailed evaluation of Volex supply chain management requirements globally. Panalpina was awarded the business based on competitive pricing and their capability to support Volex’s vision for future enhancements through Panalpina’s Supply Chain Management. This action is another step in Volex Group's vision of further globalizing its business processes across the group. |
